I added up all the transactions since BHP made the offer and the total is only 60 M shares traded. That's about 15% give or take of the total diluted share count. Buyers were from various houses so I don't know where they came up with the 11% from unless they were the only house doing the majority of the buying and managed to pick up 48 M shares for 20 M?
