Assuming there is cash for those that want to cash out I'm interested in staying invested in 'newNOT' with some guarantees/wish list to protect me as a minority shareholder such as

1.   A provision that newNOT can only issue new shares to enter into an equity ownership arrangement with FN partners and targeted ROF companies.

2.  Aside from point 1 and 2,  a lockup agreement that newNOT/Wyloo can not issue or buy share/equity/convertible debts/etc for 5 years.

3.  Proportional Minority shareholder representation on the board nominated by and voted on by, minority shareholders.

4.  Elimination of Share based incentives/options (see point 2) for 5 years

5.  Provide a minimum $20 million per year, 5 year line of credit for ROF exploration

6. Provide a $5 billion line of credit for ROF development
