Looking at Tattarang (Wyloo's parent), the entire business is private - every single division. Not a share to be seen.

Why would Wyloo suddenly break that mold? Surely the endgame is to take the New Noront private also.

And is the olive branch they are extending to the FN's just a way to get the FN's on their side vs BHP? The FN's have plenty of NOT shares in addition to owning the land.

No question they are playing a smart game, but who will the real winner(s) be?
