Anyone buying NOT these days may be planning to do just that, especially long time shareholders that may see Wyloo, or even BHP, should they come out with a revised offer with a similar clause, as a ray of hope that the ROF will finally be developed after many years as a committed and patient investor.

Surely the CRA would not consider someone who buys shares with that intent a "day trader" or "conducting a business"?
