I'm inclined to agree with Fahrenheit451 -  basically a clean slate on Nov 10.

However, to date, Wyloo is under no obligation to do anything. All we have heard is via non-binding press releases (plus a plethora of news about Forrest buying up the world), and that Wyloo and the BOD are working on an agreement.

So, if nothing happens between now and Nov 9 (e.g. Wyloo and the BOD can't come to an agreement, BHP doesn't up their offer, and #3 doesn't come out of the woods) and the BHP offer just expires, we are almost back where we started - NOT is unchanged except that Wyloo now holds 37%.

Isn't that exactly what Wyloo wants, other than replacement of the BOD? And they wouldn't have had to cough up a dime to get it. If they want to replace the BOD, they could do that at the next AGM. 

Only time will tell...

It's an interesting game Wyloo is playing - and at the rate Forrest is spending money, he may not have much left for NOT anyway! But that's probably how he made his billions in the first place - by paying pennies for millions (or should I say by NOT paying pennies for millions?).
