If no bid comes through, then they wont need your shares.. :) They will be able to push a BOD through over the next few years i am sure , and have full control of the company for peanuts. 

I don't think this will be the case BHP or #3 will be coming out swinging soon. The background antics of the BOD is taking too long for this all to be nothing!
