And as of Sept 30 there are 559,536,300 (after issuing the Wyloo interest shares).
So the oringal valuation 118,478,582 shares * $7 = $829,350,074.
That same valuation today diluted to 559,536,300 shares is $1.48/share.
But, there has been progress since 2008: Eagles Nest FS in 2012, road is now heading to EA, and commodity prices are much, much higher to name a few.
So, even without the progress, the minimum bid should be $1.48, then they need to add on the increased value for the progress NOT has made, and also account for the higher commodity prices.
Now if Wyloo or BHP, or anyone else want to save themselves the effort of calculating what their bid should be, all they need to do is read my posts on the value of Eagle's Nest, and the P/E of a Mining District. All the math is laid out in easy to read english.
If Wyloo, BHP and the BOD would just do some simple math, they'd see that TinMan is right, the opening bid should be $7. Anything lower should be ignored
