Is that correct - Wyloo needs 50% too?

I previously thought Wyloo needed just 13% to get control. If they need 50% of what they don't already control, do they need 31.5% of the total (63/2,) or 26.5% of the total ((63 - 10% BOD)/2). Either way it changes the dynamic a bit.

it suggests us lowly retail shareholders have more sway than I thought.
