 No, you will not lose your shares.  They are trying to make us Shareholders believe that is you don't tender you will lose out.

THIS IS NOT TRUE.  You will retain your shares and they will continue on at the existing share price ...currently .81  ....which is already a 26 cent profit from what they are currently offering.

Don't be fooled or pressured by their tactics.   If you are concerned then at the very least sell to the market now at .81.   I do believe that if you wait however you will see another increase in share price.

If the market Share price goes up or down then you can always sell at that point.  Do not Tender to this bid, it is a loss any way you look at it.
