BHP has 5 business days to respond with a match.  If they do not respond, then Noront can go ahead with Wyloo.

Noront sp sold off today because people were expecting a higher offer or negotiations completed behind closed doors, now this may turn out into a long drawn out affair of back and forths.  Whoever wins will end up diluting the remaining minority shareholder and retail shareholders to oblivion.  So for BHP and Wyloo, it's a winner take all prize
