Anybody know how much BHP is looking to pay for Ivanhoe's copper mine in the DRC? It would make an interesting comparison vs NOT & the ROF.

Despite the challenges ahead for the ROF, I would think they are more manageable than working in the DRC, that is, unless you don't care about ethics and are willing to openly bribe every government official and his/her brother, sister, neice, nephew, mother, etc.

Of course, you can do that in Canada too, just not out in the open - just ask SNC Lavalin or the WE boys, they'll show you the way.
