I think this as well. The 5 days was only for BHP to respond. I would think that Wyloo would respond before the 9th as theri could ctually be people tendering to this bid. Not sure Wyloo canb risk that for too long. Or do they sit back and wait till the 9th to see what BHP decides to do after that? Not sure the latter would be the best scenario for us.
