Very good points cupcake. Excellent deduction of the situation going forward. You're absolutely right.

There will be many looking for a ticket to ride and be williing to pay if Andrew is in the driver's seat. I believe Andrew originally under the assumption that his offer to ride was enough to convince shareholders to tender. But I think he is starting to realize that if we're to get onboard and ride we're going to want  money in our pocket for the trip; dilution worries.

BHP, on the other hand, has no other choice but to pay us a awful lot not to go along with him, or offer us the same cash and ride deal IMO.

TIME FOR A GOOD OLE ROAD TRIP......I SAY...
