Spot, I am hearing the road EA will take 2 to 3 years, and road completion by 2026 when listening to the 2021 AGM update presentation. At the 13:00 minute mark.

Granted this has become a fluent situation since then. So timeline estimates will probably change too. So much has changed in 4 months.
