If they do, and its before the nov 9th, are we goign to have to wait for thew BOD to deam this a superior bid and fully accept it again. Which took wayyyyyy to long last time. Or will it be faster because the framework is already there? Also if they do and the BOD approves it before the 9th , does BHP still have the right to match within 5 days?
