Message: Wyloo out?

Thinking maybe Wyloo doesn't want to publicize on their website BHP dissing them as was contained in the last offer.

I doubt a partnership is in the offing on this purchase but if it does happen don't rule out they go private as Wyloo wanted from day one.  This would eliminate dilution, require filings, meetings, BODs and salaries, listing fees, reportings, etc.  The best case scenario is a mine in 5 years but there is a lot of drilling and negotiations that need to happen first. Perhaps the reason we haven't heard from FNs is that these are and have already been occurring (as was mentioned by BHP)

Still lots of moving behind the scenes parts for Wyloo and BHP to deal with that aren't nickel based. Bao is perhaps the major player in any attempt to buy Noront but would remind all that in Sept 2019 Algoma Steel was issued 750,000 Noront shares and 750,000 warrants for a 99 year lease on land in Sault Ste Marie initially purposed Noront for the construction of a Ferrochrome production facility in Sault Ste Marie for chromium.
