Yes the road to the ring has been promised before.  JT said we would hear from his 'partners' in the coming months (2015).

Much is different now.  Back then it was all about stainless and chromite.  Now the greening of the planet is forefront.  We get the double whammy of the Electric Revolution and Stainless now.

The FN are the proponents of the roads.  We have global warming and inadequate ice roads.

A supercycle is upon us needing metals for likely the next 20 or more years until recycling of these said metals becomes routine.

ICE vehicles are going the way of the horse and buggy at lightening speed.

The whole planet is on the same page.  There is no stopping this now.

The ring is too big to fail.

It seems the time is right.
