When Cliffs was involved, the province touted this $1Billion figure.

When Cliffs backed away, little to no talk of the $1 Billion figure.

Now with bigger players involved, the province is ready to wave the $1 billion plus possible federal support behind the project again.

The current bid is less than $1/2 Billion, and the government is waving another $1 billion plus now.
