BHP said they were not interested in a smelter and essentially the processing would not be done in Canada.  That to me was a big red flag.  Then they mentioned partnering but don't think the building of a smelter part of it.  Wyloo said essentially they would consider continuing the plan laid out by Noront.

Noront paid Algoma Steel 750,000 shares and 750,000 warrants for proposed land  site.  Wonder if they still hold the shares and have exercised warrants.
