Tack on Noront's assets and Vale could/would be the Nickel price deciders.

They would probably spin things out like the Chromite to maybe Glencore who could become the Chrome price deciders, in North America at least.

I do agree though, that CLIFFS would facilitate Canada/US trade of finished products, being it battery metals/green metals/Stainless Steel/etc...
