I only have a few comments:
1. Peter Marshall, I hope your predictions have some substance. But please, re. your Barton post, let's go with some paragraph breaks in the future? In the meantime, I'm looking forward to seeing what comes out by mid-January.
2. BHP is out, allegedly. Regardless, I feel it would be foolish to let go of shares before the dust settles, potentially in early April. I'm quite convinced that this story is not over.
3. Shame to Wyloof for their tricky commentary re. 10% outstanding. All that they're doing is parroting Canadian securities laws, in a wag-the-dog sort of approach. Until they have 90% control, they cannot force anyone to tender unless that entity/shareholder tenders voluntarily. And they will not be anywhere close to 90% control when this is done. Come April, they may have a controlling interest, but I think they're going to be very frustrated by the holdouts that keep them under the 90% bar. I decided to buy some more today.
Happy holidays everyone.
