Wyloo has time on their side and they will continue to dilute current shareholders by converting loans to shares. Sad to say but the only way we will see fair value is if a third bidder shows up. I may free roll 10% of my position but I can see the writing on the wall. I would like my $1.10 sooner ratherthan later.
