Spot, Jan 14 is when the BHP offer expires. BHP will buy any shares tendered to their $0.75 offer that day.

It will be interesting to see how many, if any, shares BHP will pick up that day, but I don't know how we find out - will they announce it, or will it just appear as a series of transactions on the various exchanges? I wonder who the "buyer" will be (Canaccord, Scotia, Anon, ...)?
