Remedy

Excellent hypothesis, Remedy. The 3-4 major Canadian banks gaining that 10%+ piece of NOT, would then be well positioned for the pending government announcements: Ontario percentage, possibly some Federal. Always have (some) banks as % owners, in control,  before the road development is announced. 

It keeps the funding and developers Canadian, ...and sets the table for a very doable re-election announcement; and a timetable  return on investment. Imo, Peter
