Even Fortescue shareholders are wondering what he is up to. Many have openly commented about how the company seems to be spreading itself pretty thin. Especially, now that green hydrogen is all the rage at Fortescue. Andrew's people are aware of the worry and have assured their investors that they know what their doing. The only saving grace for investors.... Many of the countries he's been deal with, and that number seems to be growing, believe in Andrew's vision of a green future. Not only has he been welcomed by the government's of these countries, but some pretty substantial corporations that are willing to partner with him and FFI. We, as Noront shareholders, should expect to see the same when Andrew's Green Hydrogen Team lands in Canada, which by all accounts from past Fortescue Future Industry (FFI) NRs is already spreading the green love in many parts of Canada already. FFI it would appear has been quite successful at establishing MOUs with the several First Nations in British Columbia, Manitoba, and even New Foundland/Labrador.

With this sort of positive response to FFI by these various First Nations I hold hope for the same with Matawa and Wyloo in Ontario. If Forrest's people are serious about and both energy and resource development in Canada I would think that their approach to partnering with it's First Nations must be a "H" of a lot different than how Canada has been dealing with it all these years to garner all these MOUs is such a short period of time. My assumption here being that I don't recall ever seeing FFI mentioned in Canada until just last year; 2021.
If this success of FFI's with our First Nations is any indication of how Forrest does business than we should expect Wyloo to be able to partner with Matawa on some level here in Ontario. IMO once March passes we should see more with Wyloo and FFI being mentioned in the media. Forrest will exercise his same modus operandi on our government as with all governments he has deal with...He will expect cooperation and funding on a government level to assist him with his efforts. This will include developing green hydrogen projects in Canada and at the same time further assistance with opening the Ring of Fire to advance nickel demand and chrome/stainless steel production. Along with this he will also expect a monetary advancement by the taxpayer's to allow the respective First Nations to invest in the New Noront, along with further government support in the form of an IBA agreement.
Forrest is a smart man. No one gets a free ride. There is always a price to pay for the cost of admission to his world of the future. No different than paying to see what lies under the big tent at any travelling circus. No freebies...and that goes for everyone... Again... First Nations or NOT.
