I understand why a change to the retention percent increase to 20 percent . However this changes the offer in my opinion. It shouldn't have been allowed. If Wyloo wants to pull that offer then great. I believe this is worth more than Wyloo is currently offering.
Initially Wyloo upon the start of the bidding process wanted to take Noront private. Now they are saying 20 percent of outstanding shares to be retained or they buy 100 percent of the shares giving them another opportunity to go private.
I seriously believed that I was selling my shares, waiting for Wyloo to do a reverse share split of Noront shares and then I would buy back in. Noront has too many shares issued and outstanding. A reverse split for financing development is highly probable.
Now I have to retain my shares and hope that other shareholders retain theirs as well. Some or all?
Bottom line....
Still Hoping..... For a better offer
