Thanks Ringer. New-to-be owner, same old problems. I have had heart for many years, but time is catching up with me. A clean exit is on my mind in many areas of my life for my family. As I tidy up ends, NOT is weighing on my mind. I am no  longer sure how long I will continue to hang around with NOT. And I sure don't wish to pass the NOT problem on to family...will continue to follow how it all unfolds, but more than likely from a distance of financial security very soon. No holding cards close to chest here. Age no longer is on my side.
