My opinion..

March 11 - deadline for vote on the offer by Wyloo 

March 14 - total of votes to date choosing retention announced. "Shareholders wishing to make a Retention Election are requested to make their Retention Election prior to 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on the business day prior to the Meeting (the "Interim Retention Election Announcement Cut-OffTime but (see March 24 below)

March 15 - Shareholder meeting to vote on Wyloo offer

March 24 - Last day to choose retention offer.  "but in any event, must do so no later than 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on the 10th calendar day following the date of the Interim Retention Election Announcement (as defined herein) (the "Retention Election Deadline")
