The way I understand it after some calls. The proxey vote is a book keeping thing. To retain some or all your shares is a separate thing . people with trading accounts MUST deal with the bank that has there trading acc to deal with retaining your shares all or in part. This is me! for those who have stock certifacets you need to do smething as well. To not do any of this means you have sold for 1.10
