Also, There is no shame in accepting or parting with a few shares @ $1.10.

But I'm hoping the vast majority keep and hang onto a large portion of their shares.

We need that 20%

Haven't voted yet, no package yet, but will vote yes, and yes, to proxy.

In terms of the retention elections, will be holding, but liking $1.10, but prefer $11.00-$110.00
