The first question is seeking approval for Wyloo to buy the company. My answer was yes, as there is no other alternative.

The second question is for us to vote on whether we want Wyloo to be paid in cash for the loan they gave Noront or whether they get shares of the company instead. I voted against, as I want to stop Wyloo from getting more shares if I can.

If you want to "retain your shares " and be part of the "new Noront " I had to go through my broker and have them pass on the word on my behalf.
