Shorecrest says that if you vote yes for question #2, it means that you are voting that it is okay for Wyloo to get paid in shares for the loan if there is not enough cash to pay out the debt.

If you vote no it means that you are voting that Wyloo can only be paid in cash.

I'm thinking that a no vote means that we keep more shares in the pockets of shareholders.

Comments please. Sorry to harp on this but I think it's important.
