Curious if anyone else is puzzled by RBC when trying to retain shares. I just called them wanting to retain 80% and tender 20%. They were only interested in what option I wanted to select (option 2), and were unable to enter how much to retain or tender.

So i called Shorecrest and they are going to call RBC to straighten them out.
