Q. What is the anticipated effective date of the transaction?

A.. If approved, it is anticipated that the Arrangement will be effective in April 2022

Q. How long after the effective date will it take for me to receive payment?

A. Payment is typically made to the Depositary within 3 to 5 business days after the effective date of the transaction. It can take an additional 5 to 10 business days after this date before payment is made to you.

Q. How will payment be made?

A. Registered holders will be mailed a cheque/share certificate.

Beneficial holders will see the transaction occur in their brokerage account.
