I'm  a novice at investing, so I'm hoping someone can confirm my understanding of how tendering and the tabulating works.

Shorecrest's website says they are a private owner operated company dedicated to shareholder engagement.

In this current situation with Wyloo/Noront, who is Shorecrest's client?

Does only Shorecrest tabulate all the retention elections? Is that how the determination is made about the 20%?
