As you are holding through Saxobank and Rabobank, the squeeze out in cash is automatic.

The Press Release that went out today (attached) reiterates today as the effective date. Typically, we see shareholders receive their cash within 5-10 business days from the effective date. It's possible that because your holdings are in the Netherlands, that timeline may be slightly extended.

At any rate, you should see your holdings debited and the cash credited in both your accounts by mid to late April.
