Why didn't our BOD list on other exchange to honor the 10% retention. Some may not of tendered some or all if the 20% threshold was spelled out from day 1.

That is my beef and that issue needs to be investigated for many reasons. Like Coersion amongst insiders plotting against shareholders, should be other way around.
