One of the options for shareholders in the documents was to vote no to the takeover and file a request to have their shares not be included in any and all activity related to agreement.  If exercised then as stated in the documents the value of their shares would be determined by the open market following the closing of the deal. Looks like the market is speaking and those who may have left themselves out by choice are seeing their share values drop.

Now with the stock delisted they are in a pretty precarious position and would either have to find on their own someone who would buy their shares, contact Wyloo and bargain a share price or hold them hoping they may have some value in the future but history doesn't tend to be on their side.
