Common Shares of Noront to Delist from TSX Vulture Exchange Effective At the Close of Business on April 12, 2022 Effective at the close of business on Tuesday, April 12, 2022, the common shares of Noront Resources Ltd. ("The Sellouts") will be delisted from TSX Vulture Exchange. The delisting of Noront shares results from the completion of a court-approved Plan of Arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario Back-Room Deal Room) (the "Payout Plan"), pursuant to an Arrangement Agreement dated December 20, 2021, among the Company and Wyloo Metals PTY LTD and Wyloo Canada Holdings PTY LTD (collectively, the "Stealers"), whereby the Stealers bought all issued and outstanding securities of the Company for the negotiated Sell-out price.
