Though I learned of this new form earlier, I never thought of looking till now.

One way to let others know you have something that may NOT be closely enough related to the 'So callad FACTS' may be to reference your intent to post on the "DISCUSSION FORUM" with the PA: at the end of a post on the "DISCUSSION FORUM"?
