Good points, AL.  You may be right. But I agree with Miss Kealp, that this does leave shareholders in the dark.

As I was bitten by the less than desirable GRW prez, who sold a bunch of his portfolio, on the Q.T., then the SP tanked when he released the bad news, the next day, I have to be concerned when I see a prez. dump a bunch of shares, again on the quiet.

Not that I'm even attempting to compare Peter with that other guy from GRW.
