Not sure what kind of behaviour anyone sees here. This is a win/win for shareholders. Especially if FNC hits when they do drill. If they hit they can take a PP down at much higher share prices. This would result in much less dilution to shareholders. Filling their treasury with money from options seems like a fantastic way of raising money to me. Perhaps I am missing something?
