Might I suggest that "we" email the TSX about short selling, naked shorts etc, at this email address I located on their web site.

I don't know if it will help but maybe if enough of us did so it would bring it to their attention. And also call your trading house or broker to formerly complain.

This is just a suggestion, and maybe an opinion, humble at it may be.
