Good evening off topic,

I've pm'd a few friends from Not on Perigrine Diamonds... PGD. Is anyone here following it? The response I have received has been positive from those that know diamonds.

Is anyone else here following... anyone else here interested in Diamonds?

I realise this is a pump to get people to look... and yes, I am pretty excited at first blush. Send a PM with any thoughts if you can shed more light on the Baffin Island find

Regarding gold.... all I can say is keep jsmineset.com on 24/7. His latest sends chills down my spine... but, he has been very accurate for 6 plus years that I have read him.

Can a gov't borrow more money to cure a problem of borrowing more money? That's what the US is going to do... borrow or print.

I know when I am camping and we've had too many pilsners the night before, breakfast may be accompanied by another pilsner... which seems to make a guy feel better for a bit... not for long. Somehow I think that's different. But, can more borrowing and debt cure the problem which is too much credit and debt?

I have my doubts and am concerned we are going to have to learn the hard way.

Don Coxe said a few things in the last week.... something to the extent of what follows.

1. the US dollar will need to fall significantly vs most other currencies. This should lead gold to rise.

2. At some point the US dollar should be interchangeable with gold... linked.

My take, they will have to let gold rise considerably if they are going to open up the gold window...and gold shares should do splendid in that environment.

that's all... check out pgd if you like... I hate diamonds and investing in them... but, this one has my attention. enough said.

I suppose anyone can be made a fool in this market.

regards
