Thank you for your inquiry. It is our fiduciary duty to inform you that as of Friday February 20th 2009, AGORACOM no longer provides investor relations services to Temex Resources. Though it had been announced the same day that AGORACOM would be converting the Hub to a shareholder community, unfortunately on Monday February 23rd 2009 and at the request of the company, the Hub was taken down.

I wish to stress that AGORACOM is very willing to allow Temex Resources to continue having a presence on AGORACOM as a shareholder community. In the past we have rarely shut down a Hub that had been a client of ours simply for choosing not to renew a contract with us. This includes Liberty Mines, Patriot Scientific and e.Digital.
