might be Vale Inco. They would be a good play on the nickel PGE. Of course they would need to see more tonnage. I seem to remember over a year ago at one of the NOT presentations that a boss from Vale-Inco shared the head table with Richard and NOT. At the time they seemed pretty cozy when nickel was the centre of interest. Then along came chrome so I have not been able to figure that Vale-Inco would enter into chrome or stick with nickel-PGE's. Of course any hit on tonnage at E1,2 or AT12 would help coax them into the mix if they are not all ready around. They all ready have the Sudbury plant and area connections. Just thinking...
