I propose a "Social Forum" for those that just want to vent, chat, complain, share stock holdings, socialize, express appreciation, tell jokes etc

This would comprise about 50% of the current content of the main board lately.

The rest could be divided between the discussion forum and the off-topic forum with the main board being reserved for due dilligence type info.
