To begin I would like to ponder upon what happened here a short while ago, and admit that I was mistaken to respond in a rather inpersonal, and impromtpu manner. I feel that even though its as clear as day that both logic and reason seems to evade a few on the board, the overall community deserves better than that - and you are owed my deepest and sincerest apologies.

Now then; I would like to thank those that had the patience to alert the AGORACOM staff of a message which, by the standards of our six rules of use, is deemed unnacceptable for Main Discussion forum debate. Freewest is not Noront Resources, and I fully stand behind our admin that took it off topic, following a violation report. Which is - strict enforcement of our six rules.

It seems to me, that a very small group of posters here, would rather spend their time complaing about AGORACOM - a service provided free of charge - than discuss their investment in an adult manner.

AGORACOM does not generate any kind of revenue from pageviews or flipping ads; so the fact that nearly 8 million pages of information where generated by over 131 thousand investors in the past 30 days speaks volume about both our format, and investors desire to find refuge in an environment they can discuss their investments as adults.

Being so, I don't have a problem with anyone here; I think that over the past 2 years I've developed quite a rapport through interpersonal communication - and I would not be honest should I state I did that because it's my job. Quite the contrary - this type of wor (and yes even this post) is way outside my principle tangents.

I firmly believe in the AGORACOM model and the numbers fail to show otherwise; hence I will not allow a small group of posters to destroy what others are trying to build - if you are never happy with either Noront, Freewest, The weather or AGORACOM, then sell and move on - find a sunnier environment or in the case of posting, I invite you to find a better format than ours.

At the end of the day, you must come to a consensus - do you want AGORACOM to abide to it's six rules of use (that are really guidelines - investors have sincerely less leeway if you were to read our terms of service), or do you want to abide by a community standard, one which you dictate yourselves. Personally, I'd be happy to see the latter, and would willfully provide guidance on this matter.

On a final note, let me once again inform you - there are no conspiracy theories behind any decision made on AGORACOM. In fact a quick message to our admins would have clarified this error in few moments. If you do feel that any AGORACOM moderator is here to play with your minds, I am afraid to inform you, you will be dissappointed.

At the end of the day, this is a forum to discuss Noront Resources. Thousands of investors from the small retail investors to the largest fund managers refer to this forum for factual discussion pertaining to Noront Resources. We also know the media uses this forum to conduct research as well. If we fail to provide that discussion, then why are we here?

As such, we will fully enforce the AGORACOM 6 Rules of Use for the purposes of getting this forum back on track. Particularly, we will be enforcing the rule against off-topic and irrelevant discussion, which appears to be the biggest transgression of late.
