Yeh but I cant remember who said this but the US uses 14% of the chromium in the market. They import all of that so the `consordium`` has them over the barrel. But if cliffs can tie up a supply in north america that can supply the 14% then the game has changed. i think this is a very good point. I hold only NOT just throwing that out there. i am for NOT obtaining FWR to make the ROF more lucritive for a big buyer. TTY
