Question for Agoracom on RTQ

Hi Acoracom, Can I please ask a question. I thought that the quote that you provide for NOT on this very web page, is a RTQ. No 15-20 minute delay, but real time.

Could you please verify if it is RTQ of not. If it is, then it would eliminate the need to post a message that gives the RTQ and then EOM. Also, it would eliminate the need for a posted message to request a RTQ.
